AIS SOTDMA Transponder B600W incl. WiFi, GPS Antenna and Splitter

The new generation of Class B AIS transponders! The AIS SOTDMA (Self Organizing TDMA) are a sure alternative to the normal Class B transponders. The devices have a transmission power of 5 W and transmit AIS data in higher intervals in comparison to conventional Class-B devices. Due to the SOTDMA method, these devices can no longer be suppressed by Class A devices. The dual channel AIS receiver allows monitoring of all AIS channels including Class-A, Class-B, AtoN and SART.

The B600W has a WiFi interface that allows you to view AIS data on your tablet or smartphone.

AIS antenna splitter - AMEC CUBO-162

The AIS antenna splitter allows you to use a single VHF antenna for both VHF radiophony and AIS transponder. Thanks to special electronic components, the usual power losses are minimised so that both the radio system and the AIS transponder can operate at full signal strength. The integrated self-test function permanently monitors operation and issues an optical signal via an LED in the event of interference or antenna problems. The so-called fail-safe circuit ensures that FM voice radio always has priority over AIS data transfer and thus ensures uninterrupted radio traffic. An FM radio can also be connected as an option.
