Product details

Entry level model of the VHF marine radios. Displays are almost identical with the IC-M423 and a lot of the basic properties like solid radio performance, the intuitive user interface and the large dot matrix display were taken over from that model.

Integrated GPS Receiver
The integrated GPS receiver shows the current position as well as the time and can be used to make DSC-calls.
New intuitive user interface
The new menu system that is used in the IC-M423 series offers a simple and intuitive operation. The last line of the dot matrix display shows the key functions of the software of which you can chose from by using the left- and right- key. By using the keys underneath the functional display you can chose from different operations and settings.

Integrated Class D-DSC
The IC-M323G matches the latest Class-D-regulations (ITU-R M493-13 and EN 300 338-3). The built-in DSC-surveillance functions monitor channel 70 (DSC channel) activities, even while you are receiving another channel. The DSC functions include: Distress, Individual, Group, All Ships, Urgency, Safety, Position Request / Report, Polling Request and DSC Test Calls.

NMEA0183 In-/Output for common GPS-/Nav-Interfaces
In using with an external GPS receiver, current position and time are being displayed on the IC-M323G display. While receiving information about the position of another boat, the IC-M323G can transfer the information over a NMEA connectivity to another navigational device.

AIS Destination Call
If connected to the optional MA-500TR Class-B AIS Transponder, the AIS destination call makes it possible to make an individual DSC-call from the MA-500TR without putting in the MMSI number manually.

IPx7 water protected (30 minutes in 1 m depth)
The IC-M323G survives a dive in 1 m depth for up to 30 minutes.
Large dot matrix display
The favorite-channel-function makes it possible to scan efficiently and chose channel quickly. Add the desired channel to the preferred channels. The normal- and priority scan searches for active channels in the preferred channels. With the UP/DOWN keys on the microphone you can chose between the preferred channels while unmarked ones are being skipped.
